So here's the thing, if you haven't seen results yet, it's not entirely your fault.
You see, the problem with fitness in general, is the amount of mental fortitude and research that it takes and people aren't usually prepared for that.
Let me explain...
Fitness has so many variables that can hold you back: such as body type, dietary restrictions, and even the types of exercises you're doing.
Which means that unless you've spent years learning all the different types of diets, exercises, and other science junk that goes along with this, then it's going to be nearly impossible for you to hit your goals.
So if you've made a little progress or none at all, don't worry. It's not your fault and I even feel your pain. I was in the same position as you years ago.
I was trying to get an aesthetic physique for years before I finally made the breakthroughs that led to me becoming the Connor Murphy you know and love today.
So if you feel overwhelmed with all of the information online and you're trying to do it all by yourself, it's going to be ok.
Take a deep breath and relax because we're about so pull the curtain back and reveal the solution.
If you had to learn math but didn't have a teacher or tutor there to help you, it would be a lot harder to learn wouldn't it? If you played a sport and didn't have a coach, it would be nearly impossible to get better, right?
(The answer it YES! Even Michael Jordan and Lionel Messi had coaches)!
Working out on your own when you're not entirely sure exactly what it is you're supposed to be doing can be a daunting task. (I know because I had to do it).
Which is why I don't want to put you through that!
